Partner with internal teams and university stakeholders to launch courses, deliver measurable growth, and provide strategic marketing advice.

Manage IT vendor spend, contracts, renewals, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, and commercial governance. Analyze financial and vendor data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and process improvements. Produce reporting and insights for Technology leadership while partnering with Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support budgeting, contract negotiations, payment processes, and accurate commercial decision-making across software, cloud, subscription, and professional services.

Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality, administration, integrations, workflows, and data quality. The role delivers scalable enhancements across Sales, Service, and Community Cloud; develops with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce; manages CI/CD and REST integrations; investigates data integrity issues; supports internal teams; and coordinates with third-party developers. The developer also demonstrates new features and translates technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Provides career and course information to prospective students through consultative sales conversations with warm leads. The role involves advising students, building rapport, supporting education decisions, meeting individual sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates should bring at least two years of sales experience, strong phone and communication skills, resilience, energy, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their educational and career goals.
