Own and prioritise the product backlog for student-facing digital experiences. Collaborate with UX, CRO, Delivery and Tech teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria in Confluence, run agile ceremonies, support QA/UAT and releases, and drive UX, engagement and conversion improvements across partner websites.

The Marketing Specialist will execute marketing initiatives to support lead growth and enrollment, manage end-to-end projects, and optimize the acquisition journey for OES' education partners.

Plan and execute virtual and conference events and sponsorship activations end-to-end. Manage timelines, vendors, speakers, platforms, and attendee experience across time zones. Ensure events drive qualified leads, clean CRM handoffs, measurable pipeline contribution, and repurpose content for event campaigns. Support webinar delivery, reporting, and cross-team demand-generation workflows.
