Designs technology-enabled online and blended learning experiences, including course storyboards, activities, multimedia, LMS content, and video graphic guides. Collaborates with stakeholders and production teams, ensures quality standards, supports course development and assurance processes, and uses GenAI to improve design workflows. The role requires strong communication, consultancy, autonomy, coaching, and knowledge of agile learning design and digital education best practices.

Lead student acquisition and growth marketing for a university partner. Develop lead generation, demand generation, performance marketing, and integrated campaign strategies; manage budgets and optimize ROI. Analyze campaign, lead quality, and enrollment data to identify opportunities, improve conversion, and shape customer journeys. Partner with internal teams and university stakeholders to launch courses, deliver measurable growth, and provide strategic marketing advice.

Manage IT vendor spend, contracts, renewals, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, and commercial governance. Analyze financial and vendor data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and process improvements. Produce reporting and insights for Technology leadership while partnering with Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support budgeting, contract negotiations, payment processes, and accurate commercial decision-making across software, cloud, subscription, and professional services.
