Manage and grow a portfolio of channel and alliance partners to drive revenue. Recruit and onboard partners, co-develop joint go-to-market plans, track partner performance and pipeline, negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate internal teams, and support program growth and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: enter invoices with accurate GL coding, prepare weekly payment lists, initiate ACH/wire/credit card/vendor payments, enforce fraud controls, reconcile and resolve AP discrepancies, meet month-end SLAs, and partner with accounting and cross-functional teams on AP priorities and ad hoc projects.

Lead design and implementation of new features and APIs for AI-centric legal tech platform, mentoring junior developers and focusing on both front-end and back-end development.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with Ruby on Rails and React. Design scalable backend services and REST APIs, build responsive UIs, collaborate on QA and architecture, write well-tested code, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure performance and reliability.

Own and optimize Customer Success operations by configuring Planhat, building dashboards and automations, ensuring accurate operational data, and translating stakeholder requirements into reliable workflows and reports. Expand tooling administration to Kantata and Service Cloud as scope grows, and deliver high-quality, timely execution with proactive communication and ownership.

The Lead Software Engineer will drive technical excellence by building and deploying scalable applications, focusing on backend systems using Python, and contributing to frontend and cloud infrastructure development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and end-to-end system ownership is expected.
