Owns the marketing strategy and performance engine for ContractWorks, driving qualified demand, pipeline, and customer acquisition. Leads cybersecurity engineering and operations across AWS, SaaS products, corporate infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled applications. Owns security architecture, cloud controls, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, identity protection, automation, and security operations. Manages cybersecurity leaders and technical teams, oversees vendors and testing, and advises engineering, IT, product, compliance, and executives on risk reduction and secure growth.

Lead hands-on quality engineering for analytics, dashboards, KPIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and application functionality. Validate data across source systems, transformations, warehouses, and reporting layers using complex SQL queries. Build test automation, integrate quality checks into CI/CD, troubleshoot discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor Quality Engineers. Daily use of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor or Claude is mandatory.

The Senior Product Designer will create intuitive experiences for complex enterprise and AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include owning product design from discovery through execution, collaborating with product, engineering, research, and stakeholders, evolving design systems, applying accessibility best practices, prototyping solutions, and communicating design rationale. The role requires strong interaction design, systems thinking, experience with data-dense interfaces, and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and expense reporting; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance; coordinate audits and tax requirements; improve accounting systems and processes; and supervise accounting staff or outsourced partners. The role supports financial reporting, internal controls, ERP enhancements, and operational scaling in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
