Own the post-sale lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market OnitX customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guide customers toward legal operations outcomes, monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, conduct business reviews, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Account Management. Share customer feedback and best practices to improve customer success operations.

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for legal technology clients, from discovery through post-go-live support. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and resource management, client communication, system configuration, data migration, training, risk mitigation, status reporting, and transition to customer success teams. The role collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support while configuring solutions to improve clients’ legal operations.

Lead design and implementation of new features and APIs for AI-centric legal tech platform, mentoring junior developers and focusing on both front-end and back-end development.

Create, organize, and maintain technical knowledge articles and processes. Partner with SMEs, Support, Product, and Engineering to document features, troubleshoot, and close knowledge gaps. Monitor usage and metrics, govern content, and support AI-enabled automation and adoption to improve case deflection and internal enablement.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with Ruby on Rails and React. Design scalable backend services and REST APIs, build responsive UIs, collaborate on QA and architecture, write well-tested code, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure performance and reliability.
