The AI Engineer will be responsible for creating and developing AI solutions that enhance operational efficiencies. This role combines hands-on programming with prompt engineering. It requires a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and the ability to work closely with various business units to build and integrate AI components, ensuring effective interactions between AI models and business needs. This role requires proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, and provides opportunities to expand expertise across AI frameworks and deployment architectures.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine prompts for AI systems to generate desired outputs.
- Build and integrate internal solutions that interact with LLMs.
- Work with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI prompts.
- Collaborate with business units to interpret needs and integrate prompts into actionable AI solutions.
- Develop and test AI applications, and validate prompts, in line with ethical, data privacy and security standards.
- Provide training and support to business users on how to use AI solutions.

- Ensure prompts comply with data privacy and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in experience in developing and deploying business solutions and working with AI technology.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, React.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of data privacy and security considerations in AI applications.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of business process automation and optimization.
- Certification in AI or related technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their application in business settings.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
