Lead and optimize revenue cycle operations including billing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance. Supervise staff, drive process improvements using Epic and reporting tools, ensure accurate reimbursement and regulatory adherence while collaborating with leadership across multi-site clinics.

Coordinate referrals between patients and outside specialty services by processing and tracking referrals, communicating with patients and partners, verifying insurance, gathering required information, and providing administrative support to medical, dental, and behavioral health teams.

Lead accounting operations for a nonprofit FQHC including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, grants management, and financial reporting. Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, ensure grant compliance (HRSA/OMB), coordinate audits/Single Audit, maintain internal controls, supervise accounting staff, and support CFO, board, and strategic planning.

Greet and register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, schedule and confirm appointments, handle payments and cash transactions, answer and screen multi-line phones, address billing inquiries and patient complaints, and support self-directed projects to ensure a welcoming clinic front-desk experience.

Provide administrative recruiting and HR support across multiple clinic locations: candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS administration, background checks, coordinating on-site visits, processing candidate travel reimbursements, maintaining data integrity, ensuring confidentiality, and improving the employee experience. Role is primarily on-site in Hood River with travel between sites and occasional evening/weekend work.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for the OCHIN Epic EHR across One Community Health. Lead clinical process design, training, implementation, policy/procedure dissemination, change management, and user support. Coordinate training programs, handle ticketed break/fix issues, and drive process redesign to optimize Epic utilization and clinical efficiency.
