Lead and optimize revenue cycle operations including billing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance. Supervise staff, drive process improvements using Epic and reporting tools, ensure accurate reimbursement and regulatory adherence while collaborating with leadership across multi-site clinics.

Coordinate referrals between patients and outside specialty services by processing and tracking referrals, communicating with patients and partners, verifying insurance, gathering required information, and providing administrative support to medical, dental, and behavioral health teams.

Lead accounting operations for a nonprofit FQHC including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, grants management, and financial reporting. Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, ensure grant compliance (HRSA/OMB), coordinate audits/Single Audit, maintain internal controls, supervise accounting staff, and support CFO, board, and strategic planning.
