Performs accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting for a federally qualified health center. Ensures compliance with GAAP, healthcare regulations, organizational policies, HIPAA, and confidentiality requirements. Collaborates across departments, resolves discrepancies, supports revenue cycle and grant accounting activities, and travels between health center locations as needed.

Provide administrative recruiting and HR support across multiple clinic locations: candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS administration, background checks, coordinating on-site visits, processing candidate travel reimbursements, maintaining data integrity, ensuring confidentiality, and improving the employee experience. Role is primarily on-site in Hood River with travel between sites and occasional evening/weekend work.
