One Community Health

One Community Health is a nonprofit, federally qualified community health center serving residents of Oregon’s Hood River and Wasco counties and Washington’s Klickitat and Skamania counties. It provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services, along with pharmacy, diabetes, maternity, wellness, and outreach programs. Its mission is to advance health and social justice through inclusive, patient-centered care that empowers community members to achieve their best health.
