Own the growth technology roadmap across marketing, engineering, data, and product teams. Own end-to-end creator marketing campaign execution, including briefings, content reviews, compliance routing, approvals, creator database management, performance reporting, partner research, contracts, and payments. The role requires coordinating agencies and stakeholders, building scalable workflows, ensuring FTC and brand-safety compliance, and maintaining authentic, platform-native creator content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Manage technology procurement and strategic sourcing across cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS vendors. Lead competitive sourcing, six- and seven-figure negotiations, renewals, vendor selection, contract terms, and stakeholder approvals. Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec, while developing AI-assisted workflows for benchmarking, proposal comparison, contract review, and negotiation preparation.

Designs and owns shared test automation frameworks and scalable test execution infrastructure across web, mobile, and backend services. Builds tooling for test environments, test data, parallel execution, flaky-test detection, and infrastructure monitoring. Partners with engineering teams to improve test coverage and quality practices, reduces feedback-loop friction, and documents testing best practices. The role requires strong automation architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, cross-stack testing, and collaborative influence.

Build and operate secure, scalable backend services for OnePay’s co-branded credit card product. Design APIs and event-driven systems, integrate partner platforms, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and own reliability for real-time credit transactions. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and platform teams, make architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and improve code quality, testing, and operational practices.

Build and scale full-stack financial product experiences for OnePay’s employer benefits platform. Lead technical design, establish architectural and coding standards, optimize systems for reliability, security, performance, and scalability, and make technical decisions balancing rapid delivery with sustainable solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver features across web, iOS, and Android using distributed systems, APIs, and modern frontend technologies.

Own OnePay’s consumer communications and new media program by building relationships with reporters, podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and creators. Pitch and secure media placements, manage inbound opportunities, develop partnerships, prepare messaging, monitor coverage and sentiment, and collaborate with legal and compliance in a regulated fintech environment. The role also represents OnePay in interviews and appearances.

Support marketing campaigns, content production, social listening, and go-to-market initiatives. Research audiences and trends, develop campaign materials, coordinate deliverables, and help measure results while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The eight-week internship includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities. Candidates must be current bachelor’s students graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, available full-time in the New York City office, and authorized to work without employer-sponsored visa support.

Supports the Legal & Compliance team with contract drafting and review, regulatory research, policy development, privacy assessments, AI governance, and marketing compliance reviews. Collaborates with Product, Risk, Privacy, Marketing, and business teams while gaining exposure to financial services regulation, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and advertising law. The role includes mentorship, professional development, and an eight-week full-time program in New York City.

Supports financial planning, analysis, and operations initiatives through financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, budget reviews, and investor reporting. Works with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury teams while evaluating business decisions and analyzing financial data. Research and prototype transformer-based and graph-based foundation models using customer, transaction, and merchant data. The intern will design and train models, run rigorous experiments, evaluate results, and develop working prototypes. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Applied Science teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Builds production-ready design and interface components in code, bridging design and engineering across React Native, React, and mobile and web platforms. Uses AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 at high production velocity. Defines design-to-code workflows, design tokens, component architecture, and improved handoff practices while collaborating closely with designers and engineers in a fast-moving environment.

Leads treasury analytics and strategy by building cash forecasting, balance sheet, capital, ALM, liquidity, interest rate, FX risk, stress testing, and scenario models. Develops treasury data infrastructure, reporting, controls, reconciliations, and capital adequacy processes. Partners with finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams to improve cash utilization, funding strategies, regulatory compliance, and long-term capital efficiency. Incorporates AI and scalable data tools into treasury operations.
