Own OnePay’s analytics foundation by designing production dbt models on Databricks, establishing data quality testing, CI/CD, documentation, dashboards, and semantic metrics. Support trusted external reporting and self-service analytics while partnering with data and business stakeholders to create durable data products. Use AI coding tools daily and design models and documentation for both human and LLM consumers.

Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, expense management, variance analysis, financial reporting, and sophisticated modeling. Partners with business teams and senior leadership, including the CFO, to improve financial performance and support strategic planning. The role also drives finance process improvements, AI integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across corporate finance activities.
