Plans and executes The Nest’s entertainment calendar, community programming, and special events. Responsibilities include booking and negotiating with artists and vendors, managing contracts, ticketing and pricing strategy, budgets, staffing, event operations, guest experience, compliance, and post-event reporting. The role leads event-day execution, coordinates internal departments and external partners, supervises event staff, and ensures events are financially sound, safe, brand-aligned, and operationally successful.

Responsibilities include FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, routing and switching, subscriber management, network automation, monitoring, incident response, security, Internet peering, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and technology roadmaps. The role leads critical outage response, supports 24x7 operations and on-call rotations, and drives reliable, scalable broadband network expansion.

The Vice President of Finance leads accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, capital planning, insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This executive partners with construction and land development teams on cost control, margin analysis, financial modeling, ROI evaluation, and financing strategies. The role manages finance and accounting staff, oversees cash flow and working capital, strengthens internal controls, presents to leadership and the Board, and implements scalable financial systems and processes.

Assists with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gasoline, diesel, and electric golf course equipment and vehicles. Performs mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, welding, tire, brake, battery, and body repairs; maintains preventive-maintenance and repair records; organizes tools, parts, inventory, and the service area; trains crew members on equipment care; transports broken equipment and promotes safe work practices.

Investigates and documents HOA violations, communicates with homeowners, processes home modification applications, verifies contractor insurance, and inspects completed work for compliance. Maintains records, files, reports, and inspection follow-ups while applying community rules and regulations. Collaborates with management, Resident Services, and Warranty teams, handles complaints, pursues corrective action, and promotes professional, safe interactions with residents and coworkers.

Greet guests, manage Welcome/Model Centers, register/check in visitors, support sales and property management tasks, assist events and Discovery Stay, perform administrative duties, maintain facilities, and uphold safety and service standards. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, collaborating with various teams, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement.

The Lead Engagement Specialist manages inbound leads, engages prospects through phone and email, prepares them for community visits, and utilizes CRM for lead management.
