Plans and executes The Nest’s entertainment calendar, community programming, and special events. Responsibilities include booking and negotiating with artists and vendors, managing contracts, ticketing and pricing strategy, budgets, staffing, event operations, guest experience, compliance, and post-event reporting. The role leads event-day execution, coordinates internal departments and external partners, supervises event staff, and ensures events are financially sound, safe, brand-aligned, and operationally successful.

Designs, implements, secures, monitors, automates, and optimizes carrier-grade fiber ISP infrastructure. Responsibilities include FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, routing and switching, subscriber management, network automation, monitoring, incident response, security, Internet peering, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and technology roadmaps. The role leads critical outage response, supports 24x7 operations and on-call rotations, and drives reliable, scalable broadband network expansion.

The Vice President of Finance leads accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, capital planning, insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This executive partners with construction and land development teams on cost control, margin analysis, financial modeling, ROI evaluation, and financing strategies. The role manages finance and accounting staff, oversees cash flow and working capital, strengthens internal controls, presents to leadership and the Board, and implements scalable financial systems and processes.
