Coordinate wafer loading, subcontractor schedules, material requirements, inventory, demand forecasting, production flow, and fulfillment across Taiwan and China. Collaborate with engineering, sales, product management, suppliers, and project teams to resolve production issues, improve wafer yields, reduce costs, and meet customer demand.

Characterize and optimize CMOS image sensor performance by bringing up new silicon, validating functionality, developing testing methodologies, analyzing pixel-level and analog/digital subsystems, and identifying improvements. Collaborate with design, process, applications, production, and quality teams to resolve system issues and support product transitions, yield, reliability, and quality goals.

Develop and deploy advanced design verification methodologies for increasingly complex hardware designs. Apply UVM, C/C++ co-simulation, system emulation, mixed-mode simulation, and formal verification to achieve zero-defect results. Collaborate with verification teams, communicate effectively, and uphold high quality standards. Candidates may be considered for Senior or Staff responsibilities based on experience. Video processing, video analytics, and strong general programming skills are advantageous.

Define CMOS image sensor products for security market requirements across North America and Europe. Manage product promotion to customers and partners, support Sales, develop new markets, define security sensor and system solutions, establish partnership strategies, and promote products to key customers. The role may require limited travel for customer promotion and trade shows.

Lead signal and power integrity signoff for chip, package, and PCB designs. Model high-speed I/O, power delivery networks, and EMC issues; define electrical specifications; support customers with hardware signoff and debugging. Collaborate globally with design, test, physical implementation, and applications teams. Drive automotive CMOS image sensor sales across Europe, managing strategic relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. Lead design-in activities, negotiations, forecasting, account planning, and complete sales cycles through production ramp. Develop opportunities in robotics, security, industrial vision, and emerging imaging markets. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product, quality, and operations teams while influencing customer technology roadmaps and supporting technical reviews, executive meetings, conferences, and demonstrations. Extensive travel throughout Europe is required.
