Leads technical pre-sales for digital workspace solutions, partnering with sales to support account planning, technical validation, demonstrations, workshops, RFP responses, proposals, and customer expansion. Builds trusted relationships with IT executives and practitioners, aligns solutions to business needs, addresses competitive threats, presents at industry events, coordinates cross-functional resources, and provides technical thought leadership throughout the customer journey.

Owns vertical marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Omnissa’s U.S. Federal and State, Local & Education markets. Develops customer-focused positioning, integrated campaigns, account-based programs, partner strategies, and thought leadership. Partners with sales, product, demand generation, field marketing, and communications teams to drive pipeline, opportunity creation, account engagement, and ARR. Requires deep public-sector market expertise, strong messaging skills, and the ability to connect marketing investments to business outcomes.

Develop and optimize Windows display drivers and graphics subsystems for Horizon virtual desktops. Responsibilities include driver feature ownership, Direct3D and GPU optimization, display topology and EDID management, kernel and user-mode debugging, VNC integration, crash analysis, testing, driver deployment, performance tuning, technical documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional resolution of customer-facing display issues.

Architect and develop scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native services for Omnissa’s Horizon Cloud VDI/DaaS platform. Lead complex cross-team features, define subsystem technical vision, establish engineering standards, mentor developers, guide distributed teams, and partner with product management on technical roadmaps. Manage strategic Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts, develop C-level relationships, sell Omnissa’s SaaS portfolio, acquire and expand business, negotiate complex deals, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires strategic account planning, consultative selling, customer engagement, industry awareness, and frequent regional travel.

Manage strategic Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts across the Southeast, develop C-level relationships, sell Omnissa’s SaaS portfolio, close complex deals, expand existing business, and drive customer retention. Responsibilities include territory planning, Salesforce forecasting, pipeline management, consultative selling, negotiation, and collaboration with presales, customer success, services, marketing, and partners. The role requires frequent regional customer travel and focuses on Workspace ONE and Horizon solutions.

Owns product strategy and execution for Omnissa Horizon’s remote user experience. Responsibilities include customer and partner research, competitive analysis, requirements and use-case development, UX improvements, engineering collaboration, product delivery, launch readiness, technical marketing content, and revenue enablement. Lead architecture and development of scalable Java, distributed, cloud-native, and AI-enabled services for the Omnissa Horizon platform.
