The MSP Business Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to grow the MSP business in Australia and New Zealand, build executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage pipeline creation with strategic partners.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the main technical liaison for customers, drive success through strategic guidance, and ensure optimal use of Omnissa technologies.

Pre-sales technical lead for enterprise customers: build relationships, support sales motions, drive adoption, deliver demos, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, technical workshops, and roadmap enablement. Maintain deep product knowledge, escalate support issues, and present to technical and executive audiences to shape customers' digital workspace strategies.
