Leads the Midwest sales organization by developing and executing growth strategies, coaching sales teams, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, and managing regional revenue, margins, profitability, expenses, and strategic initiatives. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Category Management to improve customer experience, inventory planning, market expansion, and operational performance. Oversees talent planning, succession, performance management, and change leadership across the region.

Operates forklifts, order pickers, and wire-processing equipment to pull, receive, store, cut, prepare, and ship inventory. Performs inbound inspection, order fulfillment, LTL and parcel shipment preparation, equipment checklists, housekeeping, and basic maintenance. Requires an HS diploma or equivalent, basic math, teamwork, communication skills, authorization to work in the U.S., and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Supervise daily distribution center operations, including receiving, order processing, wire cutting, shipping, loading, unloading, inventory movement, staffing, and safety. Train associates, assign work, maintain accuracy and productivity, coordinate with sales and transportation partners, and support facility operations and equipment maintenance. Lead the center during the manager’s absence, handle opening or closing duties, and provide on-call support for emergency orders.
