Leads enterprise sales for communications cable products, supporting account teams and distributor customers. Manages supplier relationships, non-standard cable pricing, inventory, and order programs. Develops sales opportunities, maintains the opportunity funnel, supports go-to-market initiatives, analyzes market and inventory trends, and contributes to pricing and stock optimization. The role also handles customer escalations, collaborates with supply chain and procurement teams, tracks KPIs, and travels to assigned regions as needed.

Operates forklifts, order pickers, wire-cutting and value-added processing equipment. Handles receiving, inventory put-away, order fulfillment, shipping, trailer loading and unloading, packaging, equipment inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance. Requires basic math, safe material handling, teamwork, communication, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Employees must have a high school diploma or equivalent, work authorization, and pass drug and background screening.

Assists the Distribution Center Manager with daily order processing, warehouse operations, employee hiring, training, supervision, inventory control, safety, facilities, equipment maintenance, and customer-specific order fulfillment. Leads the team when the manager is absent, supports production areas during high volume, opens and closes the facility, and responds to emergencies as needed. This hands-on warehouse role requires frequent lifting and prolonged standing.
