Supports machinery-moving projects through daily time entry, customer funding tracking, billing, job-status updates, forecasting assistance, supply ordering, and project documentation. Provides administrative support to project managers while maintaining accurate records and coordinating information across field and customer teams.

Develops industrial sales opportunities across Central Texas by prospecting customers, building B2B relationships, qualifying leads, understanding project requirements, coordinating job walks, supporting bids and estimates, and partnering with operations to ensure successful project execution. Maintains CRM data, manages opportunities through handoff, and represents Omega Morgan professionally. The role requires consultative selling, knowledge of heavy rigging and transportation, customer development, negotiation, and consistent follow-up.

Manage the accounts receivable billing cycle, including invoicing, customer credits, pay applications, lien waivers, payment processing, cash application, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance. Review unbilled receivables, report findings to management and sales, ensure accurate tax treatment and billing documentation, support job closeouts, and guide staff on billing issues and process improvements.

Prospect and sell engineered moving solution services to industrial and business customers. Responsibilities include cold calling, lead qualification, relationship building, networking, job walks, bid and estimate support, CRM documentation, reporting, and coordinating sales-to-operations transitions. The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills, along with knowledge of heavy rigging and transportation.

Supports construction and logistics projects by coordinating meetings, communications, scheduling, submittals, change orders, invoicing, billing, data entry, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing. Works with project managers, operations, sales, field supervision, subcontractors, contractors, and customers to maintain organization, reduce risk, and support quality project delivery.
