Supports construction project managers by coordinating daily tasks, meetings, quotes, billing, invoicing, scheduling, submittals, change-order communications, data entry, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing. The role works with project teams, subcontractors, general contractors, field supervisors, and customers to maintain organization, reduce risk, and support quality project delivery.

Develops industrial sales opportunities across Central Texas by prospecting customers, building B2B relationships, qualifying leads, understanding project requirements, coordinating job walks, supporting bids and estimates, and partnering with operations to ensure successful project execution. Maintains CRM data, manages opportunities through handoff, and represents Omega Morgan professionally. The role requires consultative selling, knowledge of heavy rigging and transportation, customer development, negotiation, and consistent follow-up.

Coordinates customer and sales administration, including onboarding, documentation, quotes, work orders, billing support, prequalification, compliance submissions, insurance certificates, and contract documentation. Supports handoffs between Sales and Operations, job board updates, dispatch communications, equipment rentals, and administrative issue resolution. Maintains accurate records using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, SAP, and compliance platforms while managing deadlines and cross-functional communication.
