Develop and execute pricing strategies across equipment, automation, parts, and service portfolios. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, margins, and sales performance to provide actionable recommendations. Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, and executive leadership. Support pricing governance, deal guidance, S&OP activities, commercial initiatives, and continuous improvement through business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics.

Develops demand, capacity, and production plans for capital equipment, aligning customer orders, distributor commitments, factory capacity, and delivery schedules. Supports S&OP, manages machine build schedules, monitors planning and delivery metrics, coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves scheduling conflicts, and recommends data-driven improvements. The role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and global operations in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

Analyze sales, distributor, inventory, and market data to produce actionable insights, build and maintain dashboards/reports, ensure data accuracy, support forecasting and cross-functional business reviews to drive growth.

Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems for manufacturing solutions. Process RFEQs, ECOs, and SOs in ERP, create wiring diagrams, BOMs, and specifications, perform root cause analysis, support standardization, cost control, and basic PLC/drive programming and setup. Collaborate with sales, service, manufacturing, and suppliers and manage project schedules.

Design and document mechanical systems for CNC and automation solutions using 3D CAD; integrate peripherals; support project planning, testing, troubleshooting, cost control, supplier evaluation, ECOs, and cross-functional implementation. Provide technical support to sales, service, distributors, and customers; drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Travel required ~20%.

Serve as the product champion for Okuma machine tools by developing expert product knowledge, creating sales tools and training, supporting distributor sales and customer engagements, conducting market and competitive analysis, and delivering field training and demos. Provide reporting and continuous improvement support while traveling frequently to support sales initiatives.

Lead technical support and application engineering for advanced CNC milling and laser-integrated machining. Develop processes, run demonstrations and training, support turnkey projects and machine validations, collaborate with sales and distributors, provide documentation and technical recommendations to ensure successful implementation and maximize machine performance.
