Creates and maintains customer-facing CNC machine layouts, foundation, installation, utility, spindle, and technical drawings. Interprets machine configurations, engineering documentation, 3D models, and specifications to produce accurate 2D documentation. Collaborates with sales, engineering, distributors, and international teams, manages revisions and document control, responds to technical inquiries, and supports drafting-process improvements.

Provides technical application engineering support for CNC milling, 4-axis and 5-axis machining, laser-integrated solutions, and advanced manufacturing projects. Partners with sales teams, distributors, and customers to develop machining processes, conduct demonstrations and training, validate machines, support turnkey implementations, and improve production performance. Prepares technical documentation and recommendations while traveling extensively to customer sites, trade shows, and project locations.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET software applications and CAM plug-ins that translate tooling and 3D geometry data into machine-ready formats for Okuma OSP controls. Responsibilities include architecture, API integration, geometry processing, automated testing, CI/CD, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, customer support, and collaboration with engineering teams and technology partners. The role requires periodic domestic and international travel and supports manufacturing, CNC machining, and automation initiatives.
