Reconciles store sales, payments, cash receipts, credit card deposits, bank transactions, and accounts receivable records. Generates invoices, processes sales orders, enters authorizations, imports and exports billing data, and posts transactions in Sage 100. Assists Accounts Payable with invoice coding and processing, performs clerical duties, reconciles café sales and drawers, and provides occasional switchboard and accounting support.

Performs general accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, fixed asset and lease accounting, financial reporting, grant tracking, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring. Leads daily production operations in a Goodwill warehouse and retail environment. Supports managers, trains and delegates work to merchandise processing staff, monitors production pace and goals, validates pricing and quality, performs inventory counts, and reinforces policies, safety, professionalism, and customer service standards. Requires flexible scheduling, physical warehouse work, and the ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment.
