Leads daily production operations in a Goodwill warehouse and retail environment. Provides coaching, training, and work delegation; inspects merchandise pricing and quality; supports inventory counts and production goals; communicates priorities; and serves as a management contact when needed. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical handling of merchandise, prolonged standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.

Maintains financial records, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, maintains fixed asset and lease ledgers, prepares financial reports, monitors grant budgets, and assists with audits, compliance reporting, and process improvements.

The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, grant compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory filings. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads and develops the accounting team, ensures GAAP compliance, supports executive and board reporting, manages audit relationships, and improves financial processes and systems. The Controller also monitors cash flow, restricted funds, budgets, and organizational financial performance.

Provides case management and transitional housing support to veterans experiencing homelessness. Conducts intakes, housing assessments, individualized service plan updates, documentation, housing searches, budgeting assistance, and educational groups. Oversees dormitory activities during second shift, monitors resident safety and facility upkeep, reports maintenance issues, manages computer-area activities, and distributes evening meals. May prepare VA reports and provide backup case management or dormitory support.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of GoodLife Services. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, project coordination, event planning, confidential records management, budget and invoice tracking, billing, reporting, and strategic data analysis. The role also coordinates cross-functional initiatives and performs special projects in support of organizational objectives.

Provides career guidance and workforce development support to participants facing employment barriers. Conducts assessments, establishes career goals, develops job search plans, assists with resumes, interviews, training enrollment, financial aid, and networking. Builds employer relationships, supports job placement and retention, organizes workshops, and tracks participant outcomes. Maintains reporting schedules and compiles reports for funders, staff, and community partners.

Supervises employment and coaching staff supporting individuals with disabilities through job development, placement, coaching, and retention. Coordinates services with Kentucky OVR and ensures compliance with CARF and Medicaid/Waiver standards. Manages billing and service-unit tracking, maintains participant records, supports staff safety, develops business relationships, presents to employers, coordinates advisory meetings, and performs community support, marketing, and public relations activities.
