Serves as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, investigating harassment, discrimination, policy violations, and workplace disputes. Advises leaders on performance, discipline, and termination decisions; interprets policies and employment regulations; maintains confidential case documentation; supports policy development and employee engagement initiatives. Requires onsite work and travel to organizational stores and locations as needed.

Provides welcoming front-desk reception and client support at the Opportunity Center. Greets visitors, responds to phone and digital inquiries, schedules appointments, directs clients to services, assists with intake and referrals, and performs administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, mail distribution, billing, requisitions, and filing. Maintains confidentiality, supports facility operations and events, and provides backup clerical coverage across three locations.

Reconciles store sales, payments, cash receipts, credit card deposits, bank transactions, and accounts receivable records. Generates invoices, processes sales orders, enters authorizations, imports and exports billing data, and posts transactions in Sage 100. Assists Accounts Payable with invoice coding and processing, performs clerical duties, reconciles café sales and drawers, and provides occasional switchboard and accounting support.

Oversee the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and grant accounting. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, maintain GAAP-compliant records, support regulatory filings, and provide financial analysis to leadership and the Board. Manage and develop the accounting team, coordinate external audits, monitor financial performance, and improve accounting workflows and systems.
