Reconciles store sales, paperwork, bank transactions, cash receipts, credit card deposits, and accounts receivable sub-ledgers. Generates and processes invoices for contract, rehabilitation services, and recycling sales; enters authorizations and exchanges data with the OOD database. Supports accounts payable invoice processing, cafe sales reconciliation, clerical duties, and accounting staff as needed.

Leads daily production operations in a Goodwill warehouse and retail environment. Provides coaching, training, and work delegation; inspects merchandise pricing and quality; supports inventory counts and production goals; communicates priorities; and serves as a management contact when needed. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical handling of merchandise, prolonged standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.

Maintains financial records, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, maintains fixed asset and lease ledgers, prepares financial reports, monitors grant budgets, and assists with audits, compliance reporting, and process improvements.
