Maintains and updates client rate data to support accurate billing automation. Coordinates with sales and account teams, audits account information across platforms, generates reports, tracks KPIs in Excel, troubleshoots shipment cost and revenue documents, and maintains account billing procedures. Provides cross-functional support for special cases and ensures shipping pricing and billing information remains accurate and current.

Manage import/export documentation, analyze costs, and support accounts payable. Collect and classify documents, track shipments, and validate cargo.

Develop new business for freight forwarding and logistics services through prospecting, networking, client discovery, presentations, and sales negotiations. Build and manage a book of business, meet monthly revenue quotas, coordinate with CRM specialists and overseas offices, and maintain internal and client communications. The role sells ocean and air freight, warehousing, trucking, cargo insurance, and customs brokerage services, with local travel for meetings and presentations.
