CargoWise experience is a plus.

Coordinates air and ocean freight shipments, maintains customer profiles in CargoWise, prepares quotations, validates bookings, tracks shipments, communicates with customers, manages special requests, traces containers, and follows standard operating procedures. The role requires strong customer service, organization, prioritization, accuracy, advanced English, and basic administrative experience.

Supports accounting operations for a freight-forwarding company by processing invoices, payments, refunds, and financial transactions; resolving billing discrepancies; managing past-due accounts; conducting reconciliations; preparing reports; and coordinating with customers, vendors, and overseas offices. The role uses CargoWise One and requires accurate data entry, payment processing, dispute resolution, collections support, and process improvement.
