Teams at Octus

Supports the Global Covenants team by handling client covenant-analysis queries, tracking workflows, maintaining reporting documentation, monitoring fixed-income deal flow, and coordinating with global teams. The role also supports compliance processes, client service, legal and credit analyst collaboration, editorial and data projects, and administrative operations initiatives. It requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and interest in financial services, legal documentation, or financial data.

Conduct fundamental and relative value credit analysis on leveraged loans, build cash flow and credit models, and produce detailed research reports with actionable investment ideas. Analyze corporate loan issuers, capital structures, industry trends, comparable transactions, and valuation. The role covers primarily European performing credits, with occasional U.S. coverage, and includes client interaction, collaboration with legal teams, and portfolio coverage responsibilities.

The Operations Associate will support Octus' Deal Term Analytics team by tracking loan and bond markets, reviewing documentation, and managing data records.
