Provides 24/7 first-level technical support for FAA’s NAIMES program. Troubleshoots desktop, software, infrastructure, and application issues; creates and manages incident tickets; escalates problems; supports system changes, upgrades, deployments, and validations; monitors system operations; maintains user accounts and documentation; trains stakeholders; and supports Special Use Airspace and NOTAM applications. The role operates rotating shifts onsite at the FAA ATCSCC and requires Public Trust eligibility.

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for federal government contracting programs, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, cleared talent pipelines, proposal staffing, and rapid contract hiring. Collaborate with program managers, Business Development, and security personnel while maintaining OFCCP-compliant records and supporting background checks, onboarding, and People Operations initiatives.

The role operates rotating shifts onsite at the FAA command center and requires coordination with higher-level support and FAA operations personnel.

Lead and execute complex penetration tests (network, system, application, aircraft), develop Rules of Engagement, run red/blue team exercises, produce detailed PTRs, manage tools/environments, validate remediation, and brief FAA leadership on findings and remediation priorities.

The Systems Analyst supports an FAA program by managing systems analysis, hardware lifecycle, inventory support, and systems administration. Responsibilities include logistics support, configuration management, and assisting with server administration tasks in both Linux and Windows environments.

Provide day-to-day system administration for a large-scale FAA environment including Linux/Unix/Windows/Solaris/VMWare support, troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, backups, configuration management, documentation, stakeholder support, and on-call/disaster recovery operations.

The Technical Writer will prepare technical documentation, create diagrams, collaborate on Infrastructure as Code, and support program deliverables for an FAA program.
