Develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications for the FAA E-IDS program. Build back-end services with Java/Spring Boot, design RESTful APIs and microservices, and implement responsive Angular front-ends. Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, DevSecOps practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, troubleshooting, and produce technical documentation across development and production-like environments.

Serve as the technical authority and lead architect for multi-site enterprise network infrastructure supporting the FAA. Design, implement, secure, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize highly available network environments involving routing, switching, load balancing, virtualization, and network security. Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams, mentor engineers, support configuration management, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and up to 20% customer-site travel.

Provide 24/7 technical support for NAIMES at FAA ATCSCC: troubleshoot desktop/software/hardware issues, manage incident tickets, coordinate escalations, perform system validations, maintain logs and documentation, deliver stakeholder notifications and application training, and support account maintenance and operational procedures.

Lead and execute complex penetration tests (network, system, application, aircraft), develop Rules of Engagement, run red/blue team exercises, produce detailed PTRs, manage tools/environments, validate remediation, and brief FAA leadership on findings and remediation priorities.

The Senior Network Engineer will design and maintain network architectures, manage operations, and improve systems across multiple sites, ensuring security and compliance.

The Systems Analyst supports an FAA program by managing systems analysis, hardware lifecycle, inventory support, and systems administration. Responsibilities include logistics support, configuration management, and assisting with server administration tasks in both Linux and Windows environments.

Provide day-to-day system administration for a large-scale FAA environment including Linux/Unix/Windows/Solaris/VMWare support, troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, backups, configuration management, documentation, stakeholder support, and on-call/disaster recovery operations.

The Technical Writer will prepare technical documentation, create diagrams, collaborate on Infrastructure as Code, and support program deliverables for an FAA program.
