Onsite junior SQL developer responsible for querying and transforming data using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets; building complex spreadsheets and reports; using Python/R and BI tools for reporting; designing prompts and using generative AI and scripts (Apps Script/VBA) to automate and streamline data processes; auditing and cleansing data to produce actionable dashboards.

Manage design, implementation, maintenance, and security of K-12 district network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, voice, video, servers, wireless, cabling). Lead and supervise network support staff, perform advanced troubleshooting, plan redundancy and capacity, select and test equipment, develop automation, manage projects, prepare technical documentation and reports, and support technology planning and grant activities.

Customer-facing pre-sales solution architect who partners with account executives to lead technical discovery, design enterprise solution architectures, run workshops and demos, respond to RFPs/RFIs, create statements of work and estimates, mentor junior architects, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.

Respond to and resolve level-two network issues escalated from NOC or service desk, perform minor software upgrades, run proactive performance assessments, assist clients and peers, maintain knowledge-base articles, participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Design, deliver, manage, and evaluate end-to-end learning and skills programs. Partner with business leaders and SMEs to create content, run training, measure outcomes, and manage vendors and project timelines to drive team capability and performance.

Sell NRI services to enterprise accounts by identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, partnering with Microsoft account teams, conducting technical demos, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales process through close while coordinating internal resources.

Provide Tier 3 technical support, configure/firewalls, routers, maintain VMware and Azure environments, monitor network performance, assist with server admin, and manage documentation.
