The role requires expertise in data engineering, warehousing, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, T-SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure data services, analysis services, DevOps, and Agile engineering practices.

Customer-facing pre-sales solution architect who partners with account executives to lead technical discovery, design enterprise solution architectures, run workshops and demos, respond to RFPs/RFIs, create statements of work and estimates, mentor junior architects, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.

Respond to and resolve level-two network issues escalated from NOC or service desk, perform minor software upgrades, run proactive performance assessments, assist clients and peers, maintain knowledge-base articles, participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Design, deliver, manage, and evaluate end-to-end learning and skills programs. Partner with business leaders and SMEs to create content, run training, measure outcomes, and manage vendors and project timelines to drive team capability and performance.

Sell NRI services to enterprise accounts by identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, partnering with Microsoft account teams, conducting technical demos, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales process through close while coordinating internal resources.

Provide onsite IT support for onboarding and ongoing operations: image, configure, deploy, ship, and track laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; manage asset inventory, telecom billing, badge access, conference AV, and structured cabling; coordinate hardware procurement and vendor relationships; assist with account provisioning, Group Policy administration, MFA, and archived data requests; work closely with remote IT teams to ensure timely deployments and a smooth employee onboarding experience.
