Provide onsite IT support for onboarding and ongoing operations: image, configure, deploy, ship, and track laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; manage asset inventory, telecom billing, badge access, conference AV, and structured cabling; coordinate hardware procurement and vendor relationships; assist with account provisioning, Group Policy administration, MFA, and archived data requests; work closely with remote IT teams to ensure timely deployments and a smooth employee onboarding experience.

Provide Tier 3 technical support, configure/firewalls, routers, maintain VMware and Azure environments, monitor network performance, assist with server admin, and manage documentation.

Provide onsite IT support across school district sites: respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, configure equipment, maintain systems and inventory, update knowledge base, assist network monitoring, and train users while supporting IT projects and upgrades.
