Lead and manage the global IT business applications portfolio (ERP, Salesforce, custom apps). Oversee architecture, integrations, compliance (SOX, segregation of duties), change control, disaster recovery, SLAs, and vendor relationships. Mentor and hire an applications team, coordinate implementations and migrations, and ensure solution delivery aligns with business priorities and security best practices.

Manage Novus product sales in assigned Central India territory (Poultry), grow customer base and distributors, supervise distribution and sales support, perform budgeting/forecasting, ensure regulatory and compliance follow-up, support CSR and new product marketing, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business targets.

Manage and grow sales for Spain & Portugal by developing and executing territory sales plans, coordinating cross-functional support (technical, marketing, logistics), building customer relationships, forecasting sales, managing CRM, and ensuring budget stewardship and adherence to company systems and policies.

Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals in the US Midwest territory, managing Novus business, developing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and technical services.

Implement and manage the Novus C.O.W.S. program in the Western US, gather and analyze cow comfort data (lying time, lameness, management metrics), provide technical assistance, support ruminant product sales, present findings at events, build customer relationships, and maintain program databases while adhering to company systems and policies.
