Teams at Novus International, Inc

Implement and manage the Novus C.O.W.S. program in the Western US, gather and analyze cow comfort data (lying time, lameness, management metrics), provide technical assistance, support ruminant product sales, present findings at events, build customer relationships, and maintain program databases while adhering to company systems and policies.

Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment, enforce governance and compliance, oversee benefits realization, mentor PMO staff, and promote continuous improvement and PMO maturity.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a site of over 60 employees, manage tasks, coordinate wellness initiatives, and assist with employee training logistics.
