Responsibilities include carrier selection and negotiations, inventory coordination, export documentation, SAP freight and order processing, shipment tracking, invoice auditing, KPI reporting, customer complaint resolution, audit support, SOX controls, business continuity planning, and month-end closing. The role collaborates with sales, procurement, customer service, and planning teams and requires occasional domestic and international travel.
