Manages process technology for chemical manufacturing operations, focusing on process safety, environmental compliance, yield, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Leads process modifications, capital project development, process design, startup support, root-cause investigations, audits, PHA/HAZOP studies, SIS and process control evaluations, and regulatory reporting. Provides engineering support to plant operations and maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and feed certification requirements.

Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment, enforce governance and compliance, oversee benefits realization, mentor PMO staff, and promote continuous improvement and PMO maturity.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a site of over 60 employees, manage tasks, coordinate wellness initiatives, and assist with employee training logistics.
