Part-time bookkeeper responsible for payroll for 100+ employees, recording transactions, managing payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, VAT return preparation, invoicing, purchase orders, timesheet processing for payroll, and preparing information for accountants. Works closely with company accountant and directors.

Provide administrative support to payroll and recruitment team: manage candidate queries, post adverts, arrange and coordinate interviews, handle phone enquiries, chase references and DBS checks, schedule training, maintain GDPR-compliant recruitment files, and identify process improvements.
