Partners across a matrixed organization to ensure data assets meet standards, controls, regulatory requirements, and business needs.

Leads business intelligence projects supporting credit risk, portfolio monitoring, stress testing, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, solution designs, dashboards, reports, and predictive analytical tools. Develops queries and models, validates data quality, supports data governance, troubleshoots data issues, and helps business partners use Power BI, Azure, and enterprise data environments. Lead SBA-focused business development to originate SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans, grow deposits, manage a business banking portfolio, perform credit analysis and loan packaging, prospect actively, partner with branch and treasury teams, ensure compliance, and mentor branch/partner SBA needs while meeting regional sales goals.
