Provide administrative support for commercial loan portfolio management: track and collect financial statements, compile loan reports, maintain borrower and collateral files, ensure document integrity and loan conformity, support portfolio and relationship managers, liaise with departments/vendors/auditors, and cultivate client relationships while using imaging and commercial loan software tools.

Serve as primary underwriter for complex large corporate and middle-market relationships. Perform deep qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, prepare credit memoranda, recommend loan structures and covenants, monitor portfolio risk, conduct reviews, develop forecasts and valuations, negotiate legal documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Perform financial statement spreading, underwriting and credit analysis for equipment finance credits. Prepare credit memos, annual reviews, renewals, and modifications; assess industry and borrower risk, structure loans, maintain underwriting records, ensure compliance, and support portfolio management and Opportunity Memo processes.
