Develop, test, and maintain core banking applications on the I-series/AS400 using RPGLE, SQL RPG and CLLE. Integrate with Fiserv Signature and Communicator, produce design/architecture diagrams in Visio, follow SDLC/PMO and change management, provide Tier 1/2 support, write documentation, and assist/mentor junior developers.

Lead SBA-focused business development to originate SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans, grow deposits, manage a business banking portfolio, perform credit analysis and loan packaging, prospect actively, partner with branch and treasury teams, ensure compliance, and mentor branch/partner SBA needs while meeting regional sales goals.

Leads Treasury governance, risk and control assessments, audit and regulatory examination support, policy alignment, documentation standards, reporting, controls testing, and issue remediation. Supports investment, borrowing, derivative, collateral, and BOLI operations, including reconciliations and settlements. Partners with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Accounting, vendors, and executive committees to improve Treasury controls, regulatory readiness, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
