Supervises mortgage registration, rate-lock, disclosure, and loan setup workflows. Oversees processing staff, manages Encompass pipelines, ensures timely regulatory disclosures, monitors compliance with federal, state, GSE, agency, investor, and vendor requirements, and coordinates reporting, flood determinations, re-disclosures, appraisal tracking, and production goals.

Collects delinquent retail mortgage loans, negotiates payment arrangements, prepares modifications and repayment plans, and advises borrowers on foreclosure alternatives. Reviews property values, title searches, inspections, documentation, and account records; recommends foreclosure, short sale, deed in lieu, or charge-off actions. Coordinates with branches, legal entities, vendors, agencies, bankruptcy and loss mitigation teams while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Leads annual budgeting, forecasting, profitability reporting, variance analysis, strategic planning support, and financial modeling. Partners with business lines and senior leadership to develop reports, allocate costs, assess capital project ROI, explain funds transfer pricing, and improve budgeting processes. Maintains documentation, supports compliance, and performs ad hoc financial analysis.
