Lead SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in S/4HANA, configure FI and CO modules, gather requirements, conduct testing, support integrations and data migration, train users, resolve production issues, and ensure financial compliance. The role collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams across finance transformation, upgrades, and rollout initiatives.

Analyze complex datasets, validate data quality, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights. Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Azure services, Excel, and visualization tools. Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements, testing, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and data-quality improvements. Lead SAP Business One functional implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, upgrades, training, documentation, and post-go-live support. Translate client requirements into SAP B1 solutions across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, production, banking, and business partner processes. Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, reports, integrations, workflows, and add-ons while troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to implementation best practices.

Deliver SAP Business One technical implementations, customizations, add-ons, integrations, reports, upgrades, and ongoing support. Develop solutions using SAP B1 SDK, C# or VB.NET, SQL, SAP HANA, Crystal Reports, DI API, Service Layer, and B1if. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs, perform testing and troubleshooting, optimize system performance, support migrations and deployments, and maintain technical documentation.

Administer and maintain SAP landscapes, including installations, upgrades, transports, monitoring, database administration, performance tuning, and high-availability/disaster-recovery environments. Troubleshoot SAP connectivity, operating system, storage, and networking issues; coordinate with infrastructure vendors; apply SAP security patches; manage authorizations and support compliance audits. The role requires rotational shifts, on-call support, and physical presence in Chennai under hybrid work policies.

Leads IT-side month-, quarter-, and year-end financial close activities while supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion migration. Responsibilities include Oracle Finance conversions, interfaces, migrations, configurations, customizations, reporting, requirements gathering, testing, production issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and application maintenance. The role requires extensive Oracle Financials expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, plus SQL and PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.

Develop clean-core SAP applications using RAP and ABAP Cloud across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and BTP. Build CDS views, behavior definitions and implementations, service bindings, OData services, Fiori Elements applications, custom business objects, and APIs. Implement validations, determinations, actions, side effects, authorizations, and draft handling. Collaborate on technical design, perform testing and code reviews, optimize performance, and support deployments while following SAP extensibility and clean-core standards.
