Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams. Translate business requirements into functional solutions, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate testing, training, change management, and deployments, and provide executive reporting. Drive process improvement across ServiceNow workflows and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management. The role requires English and Spanish fluency and residence in Mexico City or California.

Develop and support Oracle Cloud integrations and extensions using OIC and VBCS. The role requires strong Oracle Finance and SCM Cloud expertise, PL/SQL development and performance tuning, Oracle ATP database programming, and REST/SOAP web services knowledge. Responsibilities include integration design, development, troubleshooting, implementation support, and analytical collaboration. This position requires working from the Chennai office.

Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, conversion, and AMS engagements across SAP Business One, ECC, and S/4HANA environments. Own solution architecture, estimation, presales, RFP responses, client presentations, governance, and executive stakeholder management. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee delivery quality and support SLAs, mentor consultants, develop reusable practice assets, and advance AI-enabled SAP delivery capabilities.
