Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Project Manager to assist with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, ServiceNow functional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver successful ServiceNow solutions.

*Location Requirement: Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or the USA*

Required Qualifications

·       PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)

·       ServiceNow ITSM Certification preferred

·       Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

·       ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred

·       ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred

·       SAFe Certification preferred

·       5+ years of IT Project Management experience

·       3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements

·       Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

·       Must currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment.

·       Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

·       Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions.

·       Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

·       Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

·       Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and organizational objectives.

·       Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics while providing regular status reporting.

·       Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

·       Drive continuous process improvement and optimization of ServiceNow workflows.

·       Support deployment of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.

Preferred Experience

·       Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and upgrades.

·       Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.

·       Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments.

·       Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

·       Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

·       Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
