Provides first- and second-line IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, operating system, email, VPN, and collaboration issues. Installs and maintains computers and peripherals, manages user onboarding and offboarding, tracks IT assets, documents solutions, and resolves support tickets within SLAs. The role also assists with system updates, backups, maintenance, cybersecurity practices, and escalation of complex issues.

Six-month internship developing AI-powered applications with LLMs, building and optimizing AI agents, and creating automation workflows. Interns will use LangChain, Flowise AI, and generative AI models on real-world enterprise solutions. The role is intended for final-year students or freshers with strong Python skills and familiarity with AI frameworks, with potential full-time conversion based on performance.

Source and procure electronic components for aerospace and defense projects. Manage supplier qualification, audits, performance, negotiations, costs, inventory, lead times, compliance, and supply-chain risks. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, quality, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure components meet technical standards and production requirements. Use procurement software and data analysis to improve processes, control costs, and report supplier and procurement performance.
