We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical / Industrial Designer with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or high-technology product design. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design of aeronautical systems and components, with a strong focus on aerodynamics, structural integrity, manufacturability, and aesthetics, particularly for UAVs, aircraft components, or advanced defense/aerospace platforms.
Conceptualize, design, and develop aeronautical products and components from concept to production
Create industrial design concepts with strong emphasis on form, function, and aerodynamics
Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings
Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, avionics, and manufacturing teams
Perform design optimization considering weight, strength, thermal behavior, and manufacturability
Conduct DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and material selection
Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations
Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
Document design processes and maintain configuration control
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in aeronautical / aerospace / UAV / advanced engineering products
Strong understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and industrial design principles
Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Fusion 360, or similar
Experience with composite materials, lightweight structures, and aerospace-grade materials
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, composites, additive manufacturing, sheet metal)
Ability to interpret and create GD&T-compliant drawings
Experience in UAV / Drone / Aerospace defense projects
Exposure to CFD / FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, etc.)
Knowledge of DO-160, MIL-STD, or aerospace certification processes
Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing
Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills Required
