Provides troubleshooting and after-hours support as assigned, with travel as needed.

Leads multiple cross-functional projects across Product Support from planning through implementation and operational transition. Defines scope, requirements, timelines, resources, and success measures; coordinates stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and dependencies; manages risks, issues, changes, and communications; facilitates meetings; prepares status reports and executive updates; and improves project management processes and visibility.

Develop and maintain cloud-native platform services, backend APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations. Build identity, authentication, and access management solutions using secure software engineering practices. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and deliver scalable platform capabilities. Use technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Python, Terraform, Docker, Angular, and AWS while supporting CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Designs and develops resilient hybrid-cloud and containerized network infrastructure. Responsibilities include network topology, low-latency distributed systems, automation, patching, vulnerability remediation, compliance audits, monitoring dashboards, vendor management, cloud cost control, documentation, and cross-team maintenance coordination. The role participates in on-call support and may mentor colleagues.

Develops and maintains enterprise and customer-facing software applications for utility, broadband, financial, operations, and mobile products. Responsibilities include basic software research, design, development, maintenance, testing, change-request prioritization, and documentation. Collaborates with software developers, business requirements staff, and quality assurance personnel while following established development methodologies.

Supports the development and maintenance of data pipelines for analytics and application development. Assists with data gathering, cleaning, transformation, architecture, workflow automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing using AWS and Databricks. Collaborates with software developers, analysts, and product teams, participates in code reviews, and explores generative AI tools to improve productivity and data workflows.

Demonstrates NISC Broadband software to prospective and current customers, sales managers, and account managers. Customizes and tests demonstration environments, supports proposals, explains product functionality, documents customer feedback, and assists with releases, sales enablement, product launches, and contract transitions. The role requires strong presentation, communication, facilitation, troubleshooting, customer service, and software knowledge, with travel as needed.

Supports enterprise project management through project documentation, schedule oversight, meeting coordination, and project tracking in Smartsheet. The intern will learn project management software and processes while assisting internal teams and developing organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills. The role is intended for a business-related undergraduate student in their junior or senior year.

Owns the provisioning and integrations product roadmap, product strategy, and business analysis. Partners with development teams and technology providers to define requirements, evaluate integrations, document use cases, and improve cloud provisioning and API capabilities. Translates technical concepts into business requirements, supports scalable solution design, advises leadership, and ensures enhancements align with member needs, architecture, regulatory considerations, and business goals.

Leads credit card portfolio strategy, financial analytics, P&L support, payment operations, risk optimization, treasury analysis, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Develops profitability models, segmentation, forecasts, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks using large transactional datasets. Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise infrastructure, network, system, and cybersecurity architectures. Leads technology evaluations, troubleshooting, configuration, compliance, and process improvements; supports cybersecurity incident investigations and remediation. Administers operating systems, applications, firewalls, endpoint security, vulnerability scanners, cloud platforms, virtualization, monitoring, automation, and scripting tools. Collaborates with vendors, resolves customer and internal technical issues, represents the company at industry events, and travels up to 25% to customer sites.

Leads day-to-day operations for accounting product support teams, managing staffing, workflows, performance, coaching, development, KPIs, and customer service across multiple channels. Provides guidance on complex software issues, supports escalations to Development, improves processes and documentation, communicates issue trends, and partners with Implementation and other leaders to improve customer transitions and product quality.
