Lead implementations of NISC Work Management for utility customers by analyzing processes, configuring software, managing integrations/testing, delivering onsite and virtual training, troubleshooting configuration/data/permission issues, coordinating multiple projects, updating schedules and risk logs, providing application support and change management, and participating in after-hours call support as assigned.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications and scalable data engineering solutions. Build and optimize data pipelines and lakehouse/warehouse datasets using Databricks/Delta Lake. Collaborate with Product, Data, UX, and Engineering teams, apply SDLC best practices, troubleshoot cross-platform issues, and prototype agent-based features.

Lead UX design for complex product areas: conduct user research and usability testing, create user flows and high-fidelity prototypes, refine design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and advocate for accessible, user-centered experiences.

Coordinate software release activities across Product, Quality, UX, Learning, and Development. Track and report release status, manage deliverables, support beta coordination, assist root-cause analysis, ensure documentation/training distribution, and use generative AI tools to improve productivity.

Design, build, and test responsive full-stack web applications and RESTful services using containerized microservices. Collaborate across teams to research, implement features, resolve complex bugs, and prototype agentic AI enhancements. Follow SDLC practices and automated testing, and work in a hybrid office schedule.
