Lead strategy, product economics, customer acquisition, credit and risk, capital and funding, operations, and cross-functional execution. Improve underwriting, pricing, utilization, repayment, customer engagement, and profitability while building a high-performing team and growing the product from early traction to meaningful scale.

Drives business growth through operational efficiency, strategic execution, and cross-functional project leadership. Identifies growth opportunities, translates business needs into product requirements and project plans, manages initiatives from discovery through launch, and measures outcomes for continued optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to improve processes, customer experience, and business performance.

Analyzes business and operational data using SQL and business intelligence tools to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Builds dashboards and performance metrics, develops recommendations, communicates insights to stakeholders, and monitors outcomes following process or product changes. Ensures analytical outputs are accurate, validated, documented, and reproducible while collaborating cross-functionally to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
