The Associate General Counsel will advise executives and business teams on consumer financial products, fintech partnerships, regulatory compliance, litigation, privacy, and enterprise legal risk. Responsibilities include managing regulatory examinations and disputes, overseeing outside counsel, leading cross-functional legal initiatives, monitoring legal developments, and guiding Legal team processes. The role requires substantial in-house fintech or consumer lending experience, strong knowledge of consumer financial regulations, independent judgment, and the ability to provide practical business-oriented advice.
