Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or corporate operations is preferred.

Provide expert premium cigar recommendations, demonstrations, tastings, and educational sessions while delivering refined guest service. Maintain humidor quality, process transactions, promote cigar accessories, and uphold lounge cleanliness, tobacco regulations, and luxury standards. Collaborate with hospitality teams on cigar and beverage pairings. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, plus comfort working around smoke and standing for extended periods.

Leads front-of-house operations at a luxury cigar lounge, managing reservations, guest seating, VIP recognition, floor flow, service pacing, and guest concerns. Supports servers and bartenders, coordinates with bar and kitchen staff, enforces luxury service standards, coaches front-of-house employees, and assists with special events and private bookings.

Lead brand strategy, social media, digital advertising, content production, influencer and PR partnerships, loyalty and email marketing, website and listing optimization, and performance reporting for a luxury restaurant and cigar lounge. The role develops premium campaigns, maintains brand standards, engages guests, analyzes feedback and marketing metrics, and identifies opportunities to grow the brands across Miami and regional markets.

Perform scheduled dance sets and engage guests in a polished, professional manner at a luxury cigar lounge. Collaborate with DJs, musicians, and entertainers; support themed events, special performances, and promotional appearances; and uphold upscale presentation, hospitality, reliability, and professionalism during late-night shifts.

Create menus, social media graphics, branding materials, event promotions, signage, invitations, and other print and digital assets for a luxury restaurant and nightlife brand. Prepare print-ready files, maintain brand consistency, adapt designs across formats, and collaborate with marketing, management, and vendors. The role is on-site in Miami Beach and requires strong visual design, typography, layout, color, organization, and deadline-management skills.
