Lead transition of NPI test solutions into high-volume production: define manufacturing test strategy, drive DFT and test coverage (ICT/BFT/SFT), develop and qualify scalable tester architectures, optimize cycle time and yield, manage change control/validation, deploy standardized testers across global CMs, analyze test data for root cause, and maintain tester documentation, BOMs, and maintenance strategies.
