Job Title: B2B Integration Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled B2B Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between our business systems and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), API integrations, and middleware platforms, and will play a critical role in streamlining our B2B communications and transactions.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise and a strong understanding of business processes, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between our systems and those of our external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development:

Design, develop, and maintain B2B integrations, including EDI mappings, APIs, and other communication protocols. Implement and configure middleware solutions to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange. Build and optimize workflows for exchanging data such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipment notifications with external trading partners. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by designing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.

Partner Collaboration and Onboarding:

Collaborate with external trading partners to define integration requirements, set up connections, and troubleshoot issues. Support onboarding of new trading partners, including creating and testing mapping specifications for EDI or API integrations. Act as the technical point of contact for integration-related discussions with partners and vendors.

System Optimization and Monitoring:

Monitor integration processes and transactions to ensure data flow reliability and address issues proactively. Optimize existing integrations to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Maintain and enhance integration-related documentation, including architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into integration solutions. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes through automation and improved data exchange. Stay updated on emerging B2B integration technologies and standards, recommending improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B integration development, including EDI, APIs, and other integration protocols.

  • Strong experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.

  • Proficiency with integration platforms/tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Celigo.

  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including JSON and XML-based integrations.

  • Solid understanding of data formats, mapping, and transformation tools.

  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, or MQ.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or finance business processes.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and hybrid system architectures.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
