Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to Managing Directors. Responsibilities include complex calendar and international travel management, document and presentation preparation, communications, meeting and event coordination, expense and invoice reconciliation, stakeholder liaison, confidential information handling, and project coordination. The role requires discretion, strong organization, communication, judgment, and proactive problem-solving while supporting senior leadership in a hybrid London environment.

Provides day-to-day legal and contract support across business teams and jurisdictions. Reviews, drafts, negotiates, administers, and tracks commercial agreements; conducts legal research; maintains legal and corporate governance records; supports Italian compliance and Model 231 activities; and assists with legal technology, CLM implementation, training materials, and document repositories. The role works closely with Legal, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and Construction teams in an international, hybrid environment.

Oversee technical performance and operations across a global solar PV portfolio, optimizing availability and performance ratios while resolving plant incidents. Manage O&M contractors, technical issues, compliance, claims, reporting, documentation, site visits, and client relationships. Lead process improvements, prioritize issue resolution, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate cross-functional activities to maximize renewable asset value.
