Support athletic department event operations and communications, coordinate game-day staffing and promotions, supervise student workers, assist with special events and the Jet Open Golf Tournament, learn NCAA compliance, complete required trainings, and provide customer service to fans and constituents.

Support athletics communications and event operations: manage game-day logistics, run scoreboards/PA, record and compile live statistics, write press releases, maintain website and social media, create graphics, supervise student workers, and liaise with media while completing required university training and maintaining graduate enrollment.

Support day-to-day operations of the collegiate wrestling program: assist coaching staff with practices, scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, athlete support, NCAA compliance, and administrative tasks while enrolled full-time in a graduate program.

Coordinate program and partnership workflows for the university's AI initiatives: manage scheduling, CRM records, partner communications, cohort and event logistics, prepare materials and reports, support faculty and external contributors, track deliverables, escalate issues, and contribute to reporting and compliance.

Assist the women's volleyball head coach with daily team operations, practice planning, scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, academic/mentoring support, NCAA compliance, and required university trainings. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays; support overall athletics department duties as assigned.

Assist the men’s basketball coaching staff with team operations, training sessions, scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, student mentoring and NCAA compliance. Complete required university trainings and contribute to overall athletics department duties while enrolled in a graduate program.

Provide analytical and operational support for university finance functions including general ledger activities, account reconciliations, budget reporting, process improvement, automation (Excel), student account support, inbox triage, and special projects while maintaining a 20-hour work week and completing required trainings.

Lead Student Life functions including multicultural engagement, orientation, residence life, student conduct, and leadership development. Oversee staff supervision, budgets, compliance (including Title IX), and cross-campus collaboration to support student transition, retention, and holistic development aligned with the university's Catholic mission.

Maintain 20-hour workweek while enrolled full-time in a master’s program and complete required university trainings.
