Teams at Newman University

Assist coaching staff with daily team operations, training session planning, scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, athlete academic support, NCAA compliance, and required university trainings. Contribute to team success and campus mission while enrolled full-time in a graduate program.

Oversee and administer financial aid programs, advising students/families, processing awards, verifications, appeals, SAP, and Return to Title IV calculations; ensure compliance, reconcile funds, manage data in student information systems, support audits, reporting, outreach, and professional development.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal grants including proposal development, budgeting, post-award monitoring, financial reporting, invoicing, audit readiness, subrecipient oversight, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with Uniform Guidance and sponsor/university policies.
