Contract Business Immigration Paralegal responsible for end-to-end preparation of employment-based immigration packets (I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, I-485), ensuring USCIS compliance, organizing case files, meeting deadlines, and delivering submission-ready documentation with minimal supervision.

Lead employment-based immigration matters end-to-end: evaluate clients, formulate strategies (NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-5), draft filings and RFE responses, coordinate with staff, and provide in-person USCIS field office representation in Arizona. Stay current on USCIS/DOL policy and manage high-volume caseloads with strong legal writing and client advocacy.

Provide bilingual paralegal support on family-based and removal defense cases: prepare and file applications (I-589, I-42B, bonds), draft declarations, gather evidence, respond to RFEs, prepare clients for hearings, manage caseloads in Filevine, mentor support staff, and coordinate with EOIR, ICE, and USCIS to advance cases and meet deadlines.

Manage day-to-day office operations, client-facing front desk duties, team development, facility and vendor coordination, basic financial/administrative support, and improve office systems to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

Lead high-stakes removal defense matters: represent clients in immigration hearings, bond proceedings, and BIA appeals; draft complex motions and briefs; develop case strategy and client/witness preparation; supervise and mentor 1–2 attorneys; coordinate coverage and contract counsel; provide strategic legal leadership and drive continuous program improvement.

Serve as the firm's lead on legal quality, professional responsibility, and attorney supervision. Standardize legal strategy and filing quality, supervise 10+ attorneys across immigration practice areas, manage ethics and bar complaints, analyze RFE patterns to reduce risk, handle senior client escalations, and implement firm-wide practice improvements in high-volume legal settings.

Manage a high-volume family-based immigration caseload from intake through resolution: prepare and file applications, support client interview prep, respond to USCIS RFEs, maintain case files, and communicate with clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Manage a high-volume caseload of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. Prepare, review, and file complex applications; conduct client interviews; research legal issues; represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and local immigration courts; collaborate on strategy, mentor junior staff, and maintain organized case notes in Filevine while providing trauma-informed client service.

Design, build, and maintain API integrations and BI/reporting infrastructure across platforms (HubSpot, Filevine, Monday.com, Microsoft 365). Create dashboards and KPIs, automate repetitive workflows using no-code or custom code, monitor and troubleshoot integrations, produce documentation, and partner with internal tech operations to transition and operate solutions.

Prepare end-to-end business immigration packets (I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, I-485), ensure compliance with USCIS rules, organize case files, perform quality control to minimize RFEs/rejections, and deliver submission-ready materials on fast turnarounds as a remote freelance paralegal.
