Define and govern technical architecture for Quote-to-Cash in Dynamics 365 F&O. Translate business needs into scalable designs, integrations, and DevOps processes. Lead and manage the DTC allocation team to optimize inventory and assortments across full-price and outlet stores. Analyze sales, stock levels, and KPIs to adjust allocations, support openings, collaborate with Buying/Planning, mentor junior allocators, and present allocation reports to senior management to drive sell-through and revenue.
