Leads financial accounting and tax compliance for the France region, including month- and year-end close, statutory reporting, audits, balance sheet reconciliations, tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, VAT reporting, controls, budgeting, and process improvements. The role manages external advisors, supports regional finance and tax initiatives, and provides leadership to the accounting team while ensuring compliance with local GAAP, group policies, and French tax regulations.

Leads EMEA seasonal category planning across wholesale, DTC, and e-commerce channels. Owns sales targets, assortment and investment frameworks, go-to-market planning, in-season trading, inventory health, sell-through, forecasting, market intelligence, and post-season reviews. Partners with Brand, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain while managing and developing a category planning team.

Provides operational HR support across Benelux, Nordic countries, the UK, and Ireland. Advises managers and associates on policies, employee relations, absence, employment law, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HR processes. Maintains Workday and HR documentation, manages HR inquiries, supports training, reporting, engagement initiatives, and HR projects, while ensuring consistent practices across corporate and retail environments.

Design, build, and support global EDI, API and MFT integrations. Develop custom connectors and middleware, ensure security and scalability, monitor performance, collaborate with stakeholders and third parties, and optimize existing integrations.
