The Cloud Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based virtualized infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing systems, collaborating on migrations, and ensuring services' reliability, security, and scalability.

Maintain and administer client computer networks, perform disaster recovery and backups, implement network security, troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor performance, coordinate access, create documentation, and travel to client sites as needed.

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based private cloud infrastructure across data centers. Support compute, storage, backup, and DR; troubleshoot cross-stack issues; manage converged/hyperconverged platforms; perform capacity planning, migrations, documentation, and participate in rotating on-call support.

The Data Engineer role involves designing data solutions, working with cloud environments, and collaborating in a data science team for AI systems.

Manage end-to-end patching, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle for Windows and macOS using RMM/MDM tools. Drive remediation to meet SLAs, execute OS upgrades, automate patching and reporting, support Azure/M365 and backups, and act as a customer-facing technical owner collaborating with TAM/CSM.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Windows and macOS lifecycle management using Jamf Pro and Intune. Own device enrollment, policy/configuration, patching, compliance monitoring, remediation workflows, Jamf-Intune integration, reporting, and endpoint security hygiene. Serve as customer-facing SME collaborating with senior engineers and delivery leads to drive device strategy and operational governance.

Manage and activate Microsoft partnership accounts: develop partner-focused content and campaigns, coordinate events, measure lead and engagement results, maintain partner landing pages, conduct market research, and build partner relationships to drive pipeline and renewals.

Design and implement Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant, on-premises, and hybrid migrations (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Lead migration planning, automation with PowerShell, use migration platforms (Quest ODM, PowerSyncPro, AvePoint, BitTitan), design AD/Entra ID and hybrid identity, produce migration documentation, support cutovers, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful enterprise migrations.

Manage and troubleshoot customer and Netrix IT infrastructure across on-prem, hosted and cloud environments. Administer Windows Servers, AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Azure and M365, backup and restore processes (Veeam/Datto/Carbonite), document configurations, support TOC/NOC escalation, participate in onboarding, change/problem management, and continuous improvement while meeting KPIs.

Provide desktop and system-level technical support: diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, install/configure systems, perform upgrades, document procedures, train end-users, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to maintain secure, compliant IT operations.

The Cloud Engineer manages IT infrastructure for Netrix and customers, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of servers and virtualization technologies while ensuring excellent customer interaction and documentation.

Administer, configure, and support domain-separated ServiceNow instances across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Asset Management, workspaces, analytics, and integrations. Develop client scripts, business rules, workflows, and APIs; maintain CMDB integrity; troubleshoot platform issues; enforce governance and domain separation; document requirements and deliver training.

Design, build, and deploy ML and Generative AI models and data pipelines on AWS (SageMaker). Prepare and structure data, manage data lakes, ensure security/governance, test and monitor production models, and collaborate within Agile teams to optimize AI solutions.

Provide Tier 1/2 technical support and incident management for clients: troubleshoot OS, identity, endpoint, networking, and enterprise app issues; create accounts and enforce security; document tickets, monitor queues, escalate appropriately, contribute to KB and onboarding, and support shift/holiday coverage onsite in Manila.

Enter, update, and validate customer quotes in the CRM with high accuracy. Verify source documents, correct basic discrepancies, follow SOPs, maintain electronic records, support operational workflows, and communicate with stakeholders to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations.

Provide onsite IT support and escalation for customer environments, troubleshooting endpoints (Windows, macOS, Chromebooks), servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and MDM. Deploy and maintain monitoring/management tools, document systems, manage incidents in ServiceNow, assist with implementations and projects, and support customer communications and team onboarding.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable telephony applications using Freeswitch and Lua. Research and implement solutions, troubleshoot VoIP issues (SIP/RTP/codecs), integrate Freeswitch with other systems, build custom modules, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with developers and system administrators.
