Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes and container platforms, CI/CD, landing zones, networking, identity, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, migrations, modernization, and Azure Virtual Desktop. The engineer collaborates with cloud, security, data, and application teams, supports assessments and production deployments, and contributes to architecture reviews and emerging Azure AI initiatives.

Provides technical support to internal and client employees through incident troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, user training, and remote or on-site assistance. Maintains incident documentation, follows ITIL incident and change management practices, supports conference room and audiovisual systems, investigates root causes, and recommends process improvements. The role requires on-call participation, client interaction, strong communication, and independent problem-solving.

Provides Tier 3 escalation support and senior service delivery leadership for managed-network clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex enterprise networks, designing and implementing LAN, WAN, cloud, firewall, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions, coordinating incidents and root-cause analysis, leading service reviews, tracking risks and lifecycle needs, improving resiliency, maintaining documentation, and communicating technical priorities to customers and executives.
