Full-Stack Developer

Netrix Global is looking for a client-facing Full-Stack Developer to build secure enterprise web experiences, backend APIs, and cloud-hosted applications that support Microsoft, AI, and business platform solutions.

The developer will use C#/.NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Azure services to deliver custom-code capabilities that are not suited to low-code platforms alone. The role includes identity integration, API design, testing, deployment readiness, and production troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership, communicates confidently with clients, and collaborates across AI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and DevOps teams. Success in this role means delivering secure, tested, and responsive applications with maintainable architecture and clear operational visibility.

How You Will Make An Impact  

• Participate in client discovery and translate functional and non-functional requirements into practical technical designs.
• Develop responsive React-based user experiences and C#/.NET backend services and APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Entra ID, OAuth, and role-based access patterns.
• Integrate Microsoft services, enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Design SQL data access patterns and maintain clear API contracts, error handling, and validation.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in peer reviews and maintain clean, supportable code.
• Deploy and operate applications on Azure using App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights as appropriate.
• Support CI/CD, release troubleshooting, observability, and root-cause analysis with the DevOps and Test teams.
• Explain architecture trade-offs, estimate delivery efforts, prototype rapidly, and document technical decisions and handoff guidance.

• Contribute to a supportive engineering culture through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization, Entra ID/OAuth, Git, unit testing, Azure development, and secure coding practices.
• Strong debugging skills, end-to-end ownership, clean-code discipline, and peer-review practices.
• Ability to lead client-facing technical discussions, decompose requirements, estimate work efforts, and communicate architecture trade-offs.
• Experience with .NET, .NET Core, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD; familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and SPFx fundamentals.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI integration, Next.js, Python, Copilot extensibility, Docker, or Dataverse integration.
• Secure, tested, and responsive applications and APIs.
• Reliable identity and enterprise-system integrations.
• Maintainable custom-code foundations for AI agents, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Power Platform solutions.
• Clear monitoring, documentation, and operational handoff.

Work Schedule: This is a client-facing role. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations, delivery reviews, and issue-resolution discussions during the assigned shift.

Standard Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), equivalent to 2:30 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). During U.S. daylight saving time, the equivalent schedule is 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
